Sales & Marketing Manager

Minimum Experience:
Total 8 years ( 5 years as team Manager)

  • At least eight years of work experience in the field of food industry sales in the UAE as team lead
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Effective communication and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Graduate / post graduate with Englih and Malayalam communication

Responsibilites

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Contribution to effective marketing plans
  • Sales team management, training and development

Salary:
AED5, AED10,000.00 per month
