Business Bay, Empire Heights Ofiice

  • We looking for aggressive and Selfmotivated brokers
  • Strong Lease/Sales Negotiation and Communication skills
  • Disciplined and organized
  • Presentable and aggressive in reaching monthly targets
  • Ability to work independently and as a team, combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Networking with agents and property Owners/Landlords
  • Prospecting properties
  • Strategy to source new clients through referrals/ own marketing
  • Following company procedures and be a good team player
  • Good communication to clients on phone or face to face with kind and respectful manner
  • Minimum 1yr Real Estate experienceQualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have good telephone etiquette and good customer service skills
  • Selfmotivated, confident, persevering
  • Should be a team player, persistent, resourceful and resultdriven
  • Experience in real estate is mandatory
