Responsibilities:


  • Welcome customers to the store and assist them in finding products/services that meet their needs.
  • Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Assist customers with product selection, offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences and requirements.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems or other tools.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by management.
  • Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to persuade and influence customers.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping customers.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
