Catering Sales Manager -B2C and B2B

Location:
Dubai with local and regional travel

CEO


Summary:


The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales and growth of the kitchen and Café business of Popcorn Passion.


Responsibilities:

Manage the catering/events/bakery sales and act as a liaison between the kitchen and customer/retail consumer.

FOODSERVICE/HORECA.
Manage and develop the kitchen team and be responsible for products:

  • Coordinating samples for customers.
  • Working with the kitchen and head office to develop offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist the leadership team in developing products for customers.
  • Costings and pricing for items made by the kitchen.

RETAIL.

Manage the online and direct to consumer relationships:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for the consumer business.
  • Arranging quotes for customers, taking payments, coordinating samples and tastings for consumers.
  • Organizing delivery, handover and ensuring that the client receives orders as requested.
  • Costings and pricing for items made by the kitchen.

General:

Meet all KPIs set by the business and SLAs agreed with customers/external parties.

  • Coordinate with other departments in the company to resolve issues that impact customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services and be able to provide necessary information to support staff and customers.
  • Recommend changes to procedures and policies to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Remain uptodate with industry trends and practices, participate in professional development, and contribute to industryrelated conversations to ensure that the company remains competitive and industry compliant.

Experience required:


  • Minimum 3 years' experience of sales in a bakery or catering environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to handle complex issues under pressure.
  • Handson approach with the willingness to become involved in crossfunctional activity.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, point of sale, and other software.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
Communication - Fluent written and spoken English. Arabic is an added advantage


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Current UAE Driver's license (Essential)
  • PIC or Equivalent Certification
  • Basic Food Hygiene
  • HACCP & Foodwatch

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
