JOB TITLE

ROLE SUMMARY
Assist Marketing Operations Department with clerical and coordination tasks


ROLE PROFILE

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to acquire department critical information and ensure that all records are kept uptodate & relevant
  • Followup with stakeholders all marketing campaign related coordination and paperwork (DED, Activation winners etc)
  • Ensure Marketing Agenda excel is maintained correctly. Capture all updates immediately and followup with stakeholders to get updates and share updates
  • Proactively acquire and collate performance reports
  • Leaflets
  • Managed Activations
  • Collect relevant information from stakeholders to compile department presentations

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor of Marketing / Communication
  • 2 years experiance
  • Strong Commuincation skills and ability to work in team units
  • Highly organized with stong multitasking skills
