As a
Collection Officer for a Transporting and Contracting Company, your job description and responsibilities would typically include:

1.

Accounts Receivable Management:
Managing and monitoring the company's accounts receivable to ensure timely payment from clients and customers.

Debt Collection:
Handling the collection process for outstanding invoices and debts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

4.

Dispute Resolution:
Addressing and resolving payment disputes and discrepancies raised by customers or clients.

5.

Payment Tracking:
Keeping accurate records of all collection activities, payment agreements, and communication with debtors.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generating regular reports on the status of outstanding debts, collection progress, and trends in payment patterns for management review.

Customer Relations:
Maintaining positive relationships with customers while enforcing payment deadlines and payment terms.

8.

Payment Processing:
Collaborating with the accounting department to process received payments and reconcile accounts.

9.

Process Improvement:
Identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance the collections process to improve efficiency and cash flow.

10.

Legal Compliance:
Ensuring all collection practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

11.

Team Collaboration:

Working closely with the collections team and other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve payment issues and optimize collections efforts.

Confidentiality:
Handling sensitive financial information with confidentiality and discretion.

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
