Description
Assess market competition by comparing internal product solutions to competitors' products;

  • Make recommendations to drive differential customer experience and product development based on best use of technology and data insights, as well as return on investment

Deploy:

  • Collaborate and partner with stakeholders to define the business needs and to prioritise ideas and product requirements into product initiatives on the appropriate product backlogs

Lead:

  • Ensure that the product roadmaps are aligned with the brand vision and supports the delivery of the brand strategy;
  • Identify and prioritise product features and create meaningful user stories and acceptance criteria;
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and the communication of the product plan, priorities, roadmap and progress. Execute
  • Steer and challenge the technical delivery teams, working together to own and iterate the full product lifecycle across design, analysis, build and delivery ensuring product provides business value at speed;
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure requirements are delivered as per the business requirements and to the scope and cost agreed;
  • Contribute to and follows the practices of the wider global product teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in commercial/sales/other 5+ years' Salesforce experience Qualifications:
  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
Experience - 5+ years' experience in Salesforce product management and/or development role, preferably within the Travel industry - Preferably Salesforce Administrator Certified Knowledge/Skills:

  • Demonstrable product experience gained across different business models
  • Outstanding technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Interpersonal effectiveness
  • Results and outcome focussed
  • Expert knowledge of travel / leisure industry standards, and core business functions and systems preferred
  • Practical and innovative with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams at a multinational level
  • Ability to manage and influence at all levels of the business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter, strategic in approach
  • Ability to react and respond decisively
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Professional, enthusiastic and confident
