Project Sales and Marketing Executive


Job Overview:

A Project Sales and Marketing Executive in a joinery firm is responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts focused on project-based woodwork and joinery services.

This role involves identifying and pursuing project opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting the firm's capabilities through strategic marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and qualify potential project leads in the commercial and residential sectors.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and interior designers to secure project contracts.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate project terms, contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Provide accurate project quotations and estimates.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and seek opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm's joinery services.
  • Create marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, and digital content.
  • Maintain the company's website and social media profiles with project showcases and updates.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and expos to showcase the firm's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.

Project Coordination:

  • Work closely with project managers and production teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Oversee project timelines, quality control, and client expectations.
  • Ensure effective communication between sales, production, and clients throughout the project.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of project details, client interactions, and sales activities.
  • Prepare regular sales and project status reports for management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven 3 years' experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the construction, joinery, or woodworking industry.
  • Driving license is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of joinery and woodworking processes and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Goaloriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Selfmotivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract


Salary:
AED7, AED9,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
