We are looking for forwarding thinking, digitally savvy Operations professionals to be part of our journey as we continue to grow and transform the industry.


  • Efficient and smooth handling of Import and Export shipments preparation of HBL, MBL draft, manifest, billing, costs, track & trace events, and prealert to customers and overseas agents.
  • Coordinating import/export shipments with local & overseas customers, shipping agents, subcontractors, port agents, and transporters.
  • Prepare authorization letters to collect Delivery Orders from carriers.
  • Obtain shipping invoices from carriers/vendors and arrange payment requests to Finance to collect the delivery order/bill of ladings
  • Verify the shipping documents and arrange customs clearance.
  • Coordinate with the local transporter and monitor the delivery and collection of shipments.
  • Prepare cost and billing sheet and manage original documentation accurately.
  • Maintain shipment details and events across various company platforms.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate declaration/information to carrier or consolidator.

Requirements:


  • Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics or related degree.
  • 45 years of experience in Sea freight operations in a Shipping or Freight Forwarding Company in UAE.
  • Knowledge of Dubai Port and Customs regulations for import and export shipments.
  • Good contacts with shipping lines and consolidators
  • Able to work independently and multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Willingness to own your shipments end to end, and think on behalf of the client at every stage
  • Good communication skills with good command of written and spoken English
  • Ability and willingness to work with our product teams on developing our operational software to support best in class operations across the shipment lifecycle
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • A positive cando attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
