Description
1. Manage Company's Investment Portfolio, Identify and evaluate investment opportunities. Provide an insight into economic trends and evaluate investment potential, new markets and financial products.


  • Regular monitor Portfolio performance, ensure it is well managed and that potential investment opportunities are highlighted. Periodically advice for Rebalancing to adhere to the Investment Objectives.
  • Devise & Implement Portfolio Strategy in sync with changing Economic Cycles, incorporating different Investment styles & strategies. Utilize portfolio construction Tools and risk system to identify specific risks, mitigate it while successfully incorporating Hedging Strategies
  • Engages in regular research and reading to stay abreast with the state of the economy, Global financial markets, financial news & current events. Access and understand wider business information such as relevant economic data and political events, key events from the proceeding day as well as key drivers for the day ahead to understand their impact on investments & further action
  • Assimilate complex and varied market & sector data into a timely case for product investment. Introduced Portfolio management & automation Tools for managing data. Thus, minimizing redundancy in Investment Operations & Research.
  • Generate & maintain investment related transactions & records in Excel spreadsheets. Prepare month end P&L reports. Liaise with stock market traders, fund managers and Bankers for day to day operations. Participate in investment negotiations and analyze Investment documents for due diligence
  • Liaise with traders or fund managers on market movements
  • Execute trades electronically or by phone on behalf of fund managers
  • Predict how markets will move and buying and selling accordingly (especially derivatives traders, who try to predict the state of a market at a future date)

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
