We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Female Registered Nurse for Homecare who can speak Tagalog can join immediately our team in Dubai, UAE.
As a Registered Homecare Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
You will work closely with patients and their families to provide personalized healthcare services, promote well-being, and ensure a safe and comfortable home environment.
A Bachelor's degree in nursing is required for this position.Key Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions, including vital signs, medical history, and physical examinations.
Care Planning:
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to address patients' specific needs and goals.
Medication Administration:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring accurate dosage and adherence to medication schedules.
Wound Care:
Provide wound care, dressing changes, and post-operative care as needed, while maintaining strict infection control protocols.
Monitoring:
Continuously monitor patients' health status and response to treatments, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team.
Education:
Educate patients and their families about their conditions, medications, and self-care techniques to promote independence and overall well-being.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with established protocols and regulations.
Communication:
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate and optimize patient care.
Emotional Support:
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and providing reassurance.
Safety:
Ensure a safe home environment for patients by identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
Compliance:
Adhere to healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures, ensuring ethical and legal standards are maintained at all times.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
Valid nursing license from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or relevant licensing authority.
Minimum of [2] years of nursing experience, with a preference for homecare experience.
Proficient in administering medications and treatments.
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered care approach.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.
