Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and organize all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Ensure proper filing, distribution, and tracking of documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect, review, and distribute documents as required.
  • Prepare and maintain projectrelated reports and documentation.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support.
  • Assist in preparing and formatting presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a document controller or secretary, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English;
