Document Controller Secretary - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - AMC Protection L.L.C
Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper filing, distribution, and tracking of documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect, review, and distribute documents as required.
- Prepare and maintain projectrelated reports and documentation.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support.
- Assist in preparing and formatting presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a document controller or secretary, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English;
