Operation Manager for Holiday Homes - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - GG
Description
Act as the main point of contact for our landlords- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords to ensure highest satisfaction with the services and customer retention
- Gather documents necessary for onboarding, prepare contracts, arrange meetings for contract signing
- Be fully aware of Dubai's holiday let/ apartment rental regulations
- Maintains an efficient system for ensuring all new properties are added correctly to our CRM software
- Manages the CRM software to ensure that all information is relevant, updated and correct
- Organise and supervise the team in preparing the properties
- Overseeing shortterm rental operations
- Guests monitorization and communication
- Appropriately ensure guests check in and check out with ease
- Oversee guest reviews and ensure that any issues or complaints are addressed in a timely and professional manner
- Manage daytoday operations, liaising between housekeeping, maintenance and reception to ensure procedures run smoothly and jobs are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner prior to guest arrival
- Investigate and resolve operational problems, making decisions in the best
- Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to increase units and revenue
- Work closely with the accounting and reservations teams
- Continuously monitor the competition and make recommendations for improvements to our properties and services
