Sushi Chef Requirement's:


  • Age 18 to 3
  • Experience in Pan-Asian, Japanese, Korean cuisine
  • Experience with rolls/sushi/wok
  • Nonsmoker
  • Willingness to develop and learn new techniques
  • Knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of health safety regulations
  • Experience as a cook from 24 years
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Initiative, high productivity of actions, ability to hear and listen
  • A food handler's license If applicable.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • The ability to safely use kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Salary:
AED2, AED2,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
