Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilize your minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role to effectively manage tender responses.
  • Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Conduct cold calling activities to generate leads and nurture relationships.
  • Conduct research and maintain databases to support sales efforts.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads and client information.
  • Exhibit proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Showcase strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Monitor leadtracking portals to identify potential opportunities.
  • Proactively manage memberships and accreditations to ensure compliance.
  • Review technical ITT documentation, including Scope of Work, drawings, specifications, and responsibility matrix.
  • Execute tenders in a timely manner to meet submission deadlines.
  • Prepare comprehensive tender summaries to facilitate decisionmaking.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience with cold calling and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in research and database management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to monitor and navigate leadtracking portals effectively.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tender documentation is a plus.

Salary:
