Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Manager within an IT solutions company
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and software development processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies
