Summary:

We are currently headhunting for an M&A Investment Manager with a reputable government entity based in the UAE. The role will entail shaping the company's growth strategy by identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify, evaluate and execute endtoend investment lifecycle
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including valuation modeling, to assess the financial viability and potential synergies of target companies
  • Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating with crossfunctional teams to assess legal, financial, operational, and regulatory aspects of potential transactions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate terms, deal structures, and purchase agreements that maximize value and mitigate risks
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential target companies, financial advisors, legal counsel, and internal teams to facilitate successful deal execution

Requirements:


  • 8 to 12 years of M&A investment experience with a proven track record
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Master's Degree or CFA/CPA is preferred
  • Background in Big 4 transaction advisory or Investment Banking
  • Proficient technical skills; financial analysis and modelling skills
  • Able to work independently; Have a hands on approach
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
