Full Job Description

Monitoring teams' performance and working closely with the Team to design and execute strategies in developing business.
Responsible for maximizing the revenue of the company by sourcing the properties in coordination with BD Executives.
Setting and defining the targets and following up on them at regular intervals.
Locate potential business deals by market research and contacting potential landlords.
Forecasts market trends.
Research market to identify new opportunities.
Address advertising needs & Leasing Strategy.
Build market position by locating, developing, negotiating, and closing deals for the company.
Be responsible to fill out all the empty units and follow up with contracts.
Be responsible to follow up with tenant for payment, contract renewal and evacuate the unit for nonrenewal contracts.
Conducting indepth research to identify profitable real estate properties and opportunities for leasing or buying.
Proactively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company's services.
Having strong knowledge of Land Dept (RERA).
Handling and managing paperwork and legal documents.
Initiate contact and meet with potential landlords.
Develop and present proposals to new landlords.
Maintain reports and databases.
Meet monthly targets.
Has Dubai Real Estate experience or building management experience?
Graduation from a reputed university
Minimum 610 years of experience in Sourcing the properties.
Thorough understanding of the UAE property market
Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
Excellent negotiation skills & communication skills
Good presentation skills.
