Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our yacht charter and brokerage business in Abu Dhabi and neighboring regions.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with highnetworth individuals, corporate clients, and industry partners to generate leads and sales opportunities.
  • Manage the endtoend sales process for yacht charters and yacht sales, from initial inquiries to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create compelling marketing materials, promotions, and events to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness and foster relationships within the yachting community.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited university (attested degree certificates required).
  • 23 years of experience in business development, sales, or brokerage, preferably within the luxury travel, tourism, or yachting industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the yachting industry, including charter regulations, yacht specifications, and market trends, is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- business development manager: 1 year (preferred)
Business Developments: 1 year (preferred)


License/Certification:

  • MOFA attested Degree certificate (preferred)
  • Driving License (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Abu Dhabi (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (required)
