Job Purpose:

As a part of this role, you will work closely with teams at Emirates Airport Services and Emirates Group Learning & Talent to ensure that all learning objectives for staff progression are collated and agreed with, ensuring training plans are tailored to meet the operational priorities of the organisation.

Providing support in implementing the continuous business partnership to enhance the quality, measure success and enhance the sustainability of all training solutions.
