Job Qualifications:


  • Experience in similar or equivalent industry in Interior Fitout, Signages.
  • With valid UAE Driving License
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Delegation and time management skills
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attentive to every detail

Responsibilities:


  • Purchase of materials from local and international suppliers.
  • Researching potential suppliers locally and international.
  • Determine the lowest cost of Products and Materials
  • Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
  • Responsible for material planning, and cost saving analysis
  • Liaise with stockroom staff to ensure all orders arrive in good condition
  • Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends

Education and Experience:


  • Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering
  • 2 years experience as Purchasing Assistant

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED3, AED4,500.00 per month
