About Us:

Magnificent Vacation Homes operates a holiday home with over 45+ apartments located throughout Downtown Dubai and Business Bay. We are committed to providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring that our apartments are well-stocked with all necessary supplies.


Responsibilities:


  • Operate the van to deliver supplies to each apartment.
  • Create and manage simple invoices for each apartment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and keep track of stock levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain positive relationships.
  • Prioritize and schedule deliveries based on demand.
  • Ensure the van is wellmaintained and tidy at all times.
  • Collaborate with Guest Relation Executives to meet guest expectations.
  • Demonstrate safe driving practices and adhere to traffic regulations.

Requirements:


  • Valid UAE driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Basic invoicing skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory and stock effectively.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with the local area and efficient route planning.

Basic Package

Salary:2,500 AED per month
