What We Are Looking For:

A sale specialist with an understating of the UAE real estate market and familiarity, a strong hold and experience in a freehold area/community is a plus
Someone who has strong negotiation and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
An individual who is sophisticated, wellpresented, and selfmotivated

What We Provide:

Attractive commission structure (please note that there is no fixed salary but uncapped commissions) of upto 65% of Gross Revenue.
Extensive Training on Real Estate Sector and sales processes/techniques
Listings support (Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder)
Inhouse Marketing support
Continuous Marketing Leads
Strong Administrative Support
Full time employment visa

What We Require:

Proven track record of at least 1 year in Dubai Real Estate market or minimum 2 years of experience in Sales within UAE.
Bachelor's degree is a must.
RERA certified agents preferred.
Selfdriven individuals with a positive attitude and team spirit.
Must be proactive, taskoriented and selfdriven.
Must have proven ability of dealing with multiple clients and efficient serving them.
Verbal and written proficiency in English is a must.
Valid UAE Driving License and Personal Car.

Please note that this is a full-time employment role.
