Main responsibilities will include managing and leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Here are some specific roles and responsibilities you might have:

Sales Strategy:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

This includes identifying key markets, determining sales tactics, and setting sales targets.

Relationship Building:

You will need to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospital administrators, and other decision-makers in the healthcare industry.

This will involve networking, attending conferences, and building strategic partnerships.

Sales Achievement Reporting:
You will be responsible for achieving the month on month targets, tracking and reporting sales data to management. This includes analyzing sales trends, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on progress towards sales targets.

Customer Service:

You will need to ensure that your sales team provides excellent customer service to healthcare providers and other customers.

This includes resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing ongoing support.

Salary:
