Description
Looking for an experienced customer care coordinator (Arabic Male) for our service center situated in Dubai Investment Park.

The person must have atleast 4 years experience in doing the responsibilities as under:


  • Receiving the customers and take the products from them for servicing
  • Completing necessary documentation in collection of products for servicing from customers
  • Coordination with technicians and customers for the products serviced in the service center.
  • Sending the products after repair to concerned persons/locations
  • Attending to the customers enquiries
  • Doing necessary documentation entries in the ERP system.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Customer Care Coordinator: 3 years (required)
