Job Summary:

As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating property transactions and helping clients buy, sell, or rent real estate.

Your responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property evaluations, and negotiating deals.

Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate complex transactions.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.


Property Valuation and Listing:
Provide specific and accurate information, photos for listing


Market Research:
Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Provide clients with market updates and insights to assist in decision-making.


Property Showings:
Coordinate and conduct property showings for potential buyers or tenants.
Highlight the unique features and benefits of each property to prospective clients.


Negotiation:
Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for all parties.
Facilitate communication and resolve issues during the negotiation process.


Transaction Management:
Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, including inspections, appraisals, and closing.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.


Networking:
Attend networking events, conferences, and community gatherings to expand your professional network.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals, mortgage brokers, and industry stakeholders.


Compliance and Legal Knowledge:
Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Ensure all transactions comply with legal and ethical standards.


Goal Achievement:
Work towards achieving sales targets and performance metrics set by the brokerage or agency.
Continuously seek opportunities to increase revenue and expand the client base.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Real estate/ Agent license in Dubai.
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customerfocused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Proficient in using real estate software and technology.
  • Selfmotivated, organized, and able to work independently.
