Description
We are hiring for Off Plan Specialist to be joining our team at Barsha Heights, Dubai.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure good professional relationships with owners, developers, and clients.
  • Ensure all leads and inquiries are attended to as per best customer service practices.
  • Arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings on regular basis through personal networking, farming and cold calling.
  • Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultant.
  • In time respond to incoming leads
  • Manage property viewings and deals flow
  • Maintain CRM database

Skills

  • At least 1 years of experience in real estate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Excellent negotiation, motivation, and leadership skill

Job Types:
Full-time, Commission


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
