As GTM manager, the responsibility is to own and deliver of GTM functional KPI's linked to sales, profit and price, by executing GTM strategy including retail operations, promoter management, promotions management, retail visibility enhancement etc, through analysing various sales and market information, provide meaningful analytics and report to upper management, coordinate between key functional teams to effectively run sales and retail strategy, and provide insightful to enable effective and transformative decisions to improve business performance.

Job Requirements:


  • Master's or bachelor's degree in business preferred.
  • 7 years relevant work experience with Retail marketing / Operations, Sales, GTM, Analytics, Channel Operations.
  • Especially strong analytical leading to data drive decision making.
  • Results driven and problem solving mindset with strong ability to ambiguity and adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective writing and presentation skills, and ability to work with and influence senior level business partners.
  • Ability working with cross functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills and/or experience for consumer electronics industry and business initiatives or projects/programs.
  • Must be a team player, selfmotivated, and have ability to multi task and work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Must be highly detail oriented, well organized, and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Must have strong work ethic and ability to work beyond business hours as needed to complete tasks.
  • Strong communication, both verbal and written skills required"

Salary:
AED20, AED25,000.00 per month

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
