Position:
Business setup - Sales Manager


Experience:5 years


Preferred Nationality:
Any Nationality


Key Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing sales, promotions and campaigns
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections
  • Tracking and analyzing calls, meetings, proposals sent, deals closed of sales team
  • Keep the sales team motivated at all times
  • Identify the knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
  • Prepare and promote month end offers
  • Ensure the Team meets their targets and completes their Sales KPI
  • To Generate revenue from existing clients
  • Mentor the team to perform better
  • Conducting Competitor analysis to keep up with the market trends

Functional Skills:


  • 5 or more years as Sales Consultant in Business Set up industry
  • Experience of handling sales team
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Experience in managing and directing a team
  • Ability to lead a team even under pressure
