Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing sales, promotions and campaigns
- Preparing sales budgets and projections
- Tracking and analyzing calls, meetings, proposals sent, deals closed of sales team
- Keep the sales team motivated at all times
- Identify the knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
- Prepare and promote month end offers
- Ensure the Team meets their targets and completes their Sales KPI
- To Generate revenue from existing clients
- Mentor the team to perform better
- Conducting Competitor analysis to keep up with the market trends
Functional Skills:
- 5 or more years as Sales Consultant in Business Set up industry
- Experience of handling sales team
- Experience in client relationship management
- Experience in managing and directing a team
- Ability to lead a team even under pressure
