Description

Our Client in Events & Entertainment Industry based in Dubai is hiring for Assistant Manager-Temporary Structures who has overall 7 years, with atleast 3 years in Middle East working on building construction projects.

Experience in temporary structures desirable; a minimum education qualification of Bachelors in Engineering or equivalent; will be expected to work a shift pattern which might include weekends depending on the requirement; It is a 05(five) months contract only from August until December 202- Manage supervision consultant, and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects

  • Liaise with Technical, Controls, and HSE functions within the team
  • Deep knowledge of temporary structure installation methodologies and MEP works to execute delivery and resolve related issues on site.
  • Constant presence on site overseeing progress of works
  • Site coordination with Landlords, Logistics, HSE, and ongoing construction projects.
  • Resolve site issues and enable site provisions to the contractor to ensure smooth progress of work
  • Manage the provision of permits and authority approvals
  • Status reporting and risk identification

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 5 months


Salary:
AED12, AED14,000.00 per month
