Job description

As an Operation Executive at a Limousine company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our luxury transportation services.

You will work closely with our operations team and report to the Operations Manager.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

1.

Fleet Management:

Coordinate the scheduling, maintenance, and inspection of our fleet of luxury vehicles.
Ensure vehicles are clean, wellmaintained, and fully equipped for each booking.

2.

Reservation and Dispatch:

Handle client reservations and bookings efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Dispatch drivers, monitoring routes, and making realtime adjustments to accommodate changing schedules.

3.

Client Communication:

Communicate with clients to confirm bookings, provide updates, and address any special requests or concerns.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

4.

Driver Support:

Provide drivers with necessary information, including client preferences, routes, and special instructions.
Address driver inquiries and concerns promptly.

5.

Quality Control:

Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
Conduct periodic vehicle inspections to uphold safety and presentation standards.

6.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of reservations, dispatch activities, and client interactions.
Generate regular reports on operational performance for management review.

7.

Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve any operational issues, conflicts, or emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.
Collaborate with other team members to find creative solutions.
