We are currently sourcing for a
Hospitality Operations Manager, to work for our client, based in Dubai.


Responsibilities:


  • Must be able to manage and maintain department budget.

Good experience with hotel and other government/semi government entities
:


  • Knowledge in handling projects and contracts.
  • Understand clients' needs and requirements.
  • Knowledge of handling, planning and develop to generate business.
  • Handling and managing profit & loss statement.

Good 5-star hotels knowledge and relation
:


  • Knowledge in housekeeping and cleaning field is a plus.
  • Experience in 5star hotels is a must.

Requirements/Skills:


  • Handson experience in customer service or sales.
  • Solid understanding of hospitality procedures & best practices.
  • Knowledge of quality standards (i.e. ISO).
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant software (i.e. ERP).
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

BSC/BA in hospitality management.

Salary Package:

AED 10,000/- to AED 15,000/- (all inclusive)
