Proven experience as a Authority Project Coordinator in the interior fit-out industry within UAE
:


  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and local government authorities, municipalities, and regulatory bodies
  • Attend the weekly project progress meeting and ensures that technical part is covered and any comments to be actioned.
  • Attends the technical meeting with the team.
  • Create the details for the site team and ensure that the same is followed at site.
  • Responsible for checking and commenting the subcontractor issued drawings and updating the shop drawing logs.
  • To prepare specification/cut sheet as per the BOQ and Material log as required.
  • Arrange the samples from the subcontractor and issue to designer for approval.
  • Attend the project Kickoff meeting with the team to understand the technical details of the project.
  • Coordinate with the subcontractor for technical details and shop drawings, material sample.

Salary:

AED4, AED5,500.00 per month
