Basic Function of the Position:

Job holder is the logistics liaison for the General Service Office - Housing unit.

In this capacity, job holder tracks arrival and departures of personnel assigned to the Embassy in order to ensure that housing is ready and available for incoming officers as well as recommend adding or decommissioning the leases as appropriate.

In preparation of preparing residences for new arrivals, the job holder coordinates with the Housing Board, Facilities Management (FAC), Regional Security Office (RSO), and General Services Office

  • Property/Warehouse, as well as external contacts including the landlord, landlord maintenance team, and other vendors.


The job holder also conducts final departure inspections to ascertain if the departing occupant caused any damages above normal wear on tear on either USG property or landlord property and presents the report to the General Services Office.
