Description

Administrative Support:


  • Assisting with daytoday operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Maintaining employee records, both physical and electronic.

Recruitment and Onboarding:


  • Coordinating job postings and advertisements.
  • Scheduling interviews and assisting in the hiring process.
  • Conducting initial orientation and onboarding activities for new hires.

Employee Relations:


  • Assisting in handling employee relations matters.
  • Addressing employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Data Management:


  • Managing and updating HR databases and employee files.
  • Generating reports on HR metrics.

Benefits Administration:


  • Assisting in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Addressing employee queries related to benefits.

Training and Development:


  • Coordinating training programs and workshops.
  • Assisting in the development of training materials.

Compliance:


  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
  • Assisting with the preparation of HRrelated reports for audits.

Payroll Support:


  • Collaborating with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Addressing employee payroll inquiries.

Communication:


  • Assisting in the preparation of HRrelated communications.
  • Coordinating internal HRrelated events or meetings.

Miscellaneous Support:


  • Handling general HR inquiries from employees.
  • Assisting in HR projects and initiatives.
  • Profecent in writing Letters an both Languages Arabic & English.

Technology Proficiency:


  • Being proficient in HR software and systems for data management.

Requirements:


  • Female Only
  • 5 years experience minimum
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Nationality: Arabic
