URGENTLY REQUIRED AN ACCOUNTANT FOR AN ENGINE OIL LUBRICANT TRADING COMPANY.

Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting processes, posting transactions, Journal Voucher, invoices, petty cash to maintain financial accuracy.
Verify, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare & submit quarterly VAT returns for Company.
Prepare Bank reconciliation statements.
Process Payroll & WPS for employees.
Maintain the PDC records register.
Maintaining company's Fleet register.
Handle annual closing of accounts & stock.
Prepare, track, verify & pay monthly utilities expenses.
Prepare & adjust final statements of company using common ERP software.
Handle cash/petty cash balance of the company.
Coordinate & Precure company essentials & goods requirements.
Handle general administrative work of the company.
Assist auditors & senior accountants in external/internal audits of the company.
Execute & complete the tasks assigned by Managers & seniors.
