Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role.

  • Handson experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Proficient typing and editing skills.
  • Data organization skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • File documents in physical and digital records.
  • Create templates for future use.
  • Retrieve files as requested by employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
  • Prepare adhoc reports on projects as needed.
  • Checking for accuracy and editing files, like contracts.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law.
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
  • Wellorganized.
  • Good time management.
  • Quality driven.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Document Controlling in 23 years (preferred)

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
