The role of the Storekeeper is storekeeper to physically execute the receiving, cleaning, storing, picking and distributing functions of the leisure facility's Warehouse required by all departments.

Receive and inspect all incoming materials or items and reconcile with purchase orders against the invoice.

In order to be considered for this role, you must be able to:

  • Record documents and track damages and discrepancies between orders received and approved purchase orders.
  • Inspect quality of the received goods.
  • Match and post all documents (invoices, requisitions, work orders, purchase orders and delivery notes).
  • Ensure accuracy in material issuances to the end users.
  • Organize stock and ensure all items received are in their respective storage location and arranged accordingly.
  • Maintain and update all records and trackers.
  • Spot check inventory in the Warehouses at regular intervals.
  • Execute monthly and quarterly inventory stock takes and ensure that all the items are counted correctly in all locations.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the Warehouse.
  • Work together as a team to maintain required HACCP standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

Essential:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Desirable:


  • Certificate in training on Excel.

Years of Experience:

Essential:


  • Minimum 1 year operational experience

Desirable:

1-2 years' experience in a similar role.


Skills:


Essential:


  • Fluent in English.
  • Know basic of word, excel and outlook.

Desirable:


  • Forklifting experience.
  • Familiar with HACCP requirements.
  • Familiar with Eatec, Maximo and or Oracle.
