We are looking for Project Manager for one of our client's contracting company who is into Construction sector_

ROLE:
PROJECT MANAGER_

SALARY:
20,000-25,000 AED_
-

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 18 years_

Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
Communicates with client &consultant and collaborates with subcontractors, engineers, and other specialists & staffs to deliver project progress reports.
Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
Ensures that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are strictly followed.
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
Well acquainted with ADDC, ADCD, ADSSC and MCC.
Reviewing the project in depth to determine all the milestones are planned and executed according to works program. Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines shall be met.
Ensures & effectively assesses, signs off and approves Payment Certificates & billing prepared by QS.
Supervise the work of Staff & laborers, etc. and give them guidance when needed.
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
Review and maintain the project cash flow.
Maintain close coordination between all the stake holders.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil engineering
Minimum 18 years working experience in Large Building Construction Project with strong relevant Civil industry knowledge, in UAE
At least 10 Years of experience must be as a Project Manager, in UAE.
Manage all Key Interfaces at all project stages & with previous experience in managing multiple projects.
Abu Dhabi Experience is preferrable.
Familiar with Authority regulations, contractual knowledge.

Salary:
AED20, AED25,000.00 per month
