Job description

  • Develop and source a strong pipeline of prospective clients and qualified leads.
  • Meet or exceed sales and profit goals.
  • Cocreate and execute a sales strategy for allocated product range and region.
  • Facilitate presales process for new leads, including first contact, discovery phase, meetings, and contract negotiation.
  • Lead and coordinate proposal preparations in cooperation with other departments within XAD (presales, R&D, implementation, legal, support, etc.) to prepare ontime and highquality proposals.
  • Actively manage existing customer accounts, address key objectives and strategy, concerns and escalations, overall status and new sales opportunities.
  • Deliver inperson sales presentations with prospective and existing customers.
  • Research and stay updated with telecommunication industry trends and insights.
  • Attend and actively participate in conferences and industry events.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Degree in business, telecommunications, or technical studies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • An indepth understanding of the UAE telecommunication landscape
years of proven experience of working in telecommunications sector

  • Good knowledge of marketing, CRM and sales processes of telecommunications software
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and functional needs
  • Excellent soft, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Polish language is a big plus but not crucial

Salary:
AED10, AED150,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- business development manager: 5 years (preferred)

  • Telecom sector: 3 years (preferred)
