Job Profile
Job holder will be responsible for assisting the product manager in managing the projects, system and process enhancements across the retail bank - Work closely with Product Manager and other stakeholders to generate bank revenue targets by:1) Assisting in implementation of new projects and system enhancements

2) Manage stakeholders communication to ensure alignment of fulfilment teams

3) Responsible for overall communication plan for the product/services

4) Responsible for bottom line revenues

5) Identify and resolve problem areas effecting the TAT of opening accounts for UAE Nationals

6) Responsible for training frontline channels and support for back office

7) Validation of miles payout and management of invoices with the Airline partner


Job Content

  • Product Management
Support in development and implementation of CWM system projects/initiatives to contribute towards CWM financial target:

  • Ensure the Product and Segment eligibility matrix are updated with the relevant account opening systems (BPM/Finacle / RBP / CRM / Tablet Banking / Digital Channels)
  • Product Development

Support product development initiatives by:

  • Help in implementing business strategies
  • Prioritize and collaborate with various stakeholders UAE national account opening process enhancements to ensure the TAT is within 1 day and escalations are followed to address any breach of TAT
  • Prepare status report on the progress of the projects and reports used for management updates
  • Address queries in a timely manner and fix system/process issues
  • Validate the quarterly miles rewards file, resolve disparities and coordinate with Airline partners for invoices
  • Coordinate with vendors for payment of invoices
  • Compliance and Audit
  • Liaise with marketing/external vendors to develop collaterals used for customer communications to ensure they are CPR compliant and are satisfactory upon internal as well as external audit
  • Ensure new process implemented are always compliant and have satisfactory audit rating
  • Support to manage issues/concerns identified in systems/process documents during audits and liaise with stakeholders to provide solution.
  • Training and Support
  • Provide relevant training support to stakeholders to ensure the TAT on UAE Nationals account opening is maintained.
  • Develop suitable training for staff to ensure proper knowledge when a new process/ initiative is launched
  • Develop communication plans to all channels
Qualifications & skills

  • Experience in Core Banking System (1 to 2 years)
  • Knowledge of dashboards and reports
