**Producer

Gulf Talk Show**The Middle East Broadcasting Networks, Inc. (MBN) is seeking for a Producer to join Gulf Talk Show team to be responsible on all production aspects from the planning, writing of the script to the final production, and editing. This position location is required for Dubai, UAE.

The Producer is also responsible for program budgets and organizational matters as well as with aesthetic decisions. This position supervises a team of Show Host and Productions Assistant.

The Incumbent will Develop the program concept, vision and production budget, in addition to working with the writer on script development and format and will contribute story ideas on a daily, weekly and long-range basis

The Producer will Provide Control Room with critical information regarding the timing, content and execution of live shots while program is on-air and will assure that all additional production details are completed, including graphics, chyrons, etc

The Incumbent will coordinate with promotions department to implement and create show promotion, and will evaluate the program to see if it met objectives

At least a B.A., preferably in Journalism.
A minimum of 56 years of experience television experience.
Strong Arabic and English verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in copy editing and/or line producing.
Ability to communicate ideas clearly, is calm under pressure, able to make tight deadlines and work well with talent, coworkers and production personnel.
Ability to develop a pitch or current show into relevant executed content.
Understanding of editorial principles, technical matters, TV and digital marketing.
Good organizational skills and the ability to oversee projects from conception to delivery.
Knowledge of current world events as they relate to and impact the Middle East.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
