- The role holder will be accountablefor the coordination and management of the Buy alongside theproduct feedback. They should ensure regular feedback from thestores supports each selection to ensure a positive customerreaction.
- The holder should be able to managethe Buy independently, with direct contact with the principal andwith suppliers. (Travel required)
- Coach and mentor all store managersand ensure robust succession and training plans are in place foreach store. Evaluate and develop all high-potentialemployees.
- Act as a role model for theAl-Futtaim Way and brand-specific behaviors.
- Promote brand and corporate valuesthroughout the operations team. Ensure consistent ways of workingacross all stores.
- Ensure stores comply withall legislation, regulation and corporategovernance.
- Regularly and proactivelycommunicates with the brand to establish and maintain a strongworking relationship and partnership.
- Inpartnership with the brand, work with the principle to resolveissues and deliver opportunities for the delivery of current andfuture commercial priorities.
- Support market entry and growth withstore opening projects with corporate and principal-providedresources, ensuring compliance with legislation and brandrequirements.
- Responsible for all strategicoperational plans including new territories.
