Our success is driven by a passionate team committed to innovation and excellence. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Ecommerce Admin/Secretary to support our operations.

As an Ecommerce Admin/Secretary, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Ecommerce business.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Listings:
Create and manage product listings on our Shopify platform, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.

User-Generated Content (UGC) / Content Writing: Engage with and encourage UGC, including the creation of product reviews, testimonials, and content. Write product descriptions and promotional content to enhance our online presence.

Brand Awareness:

Assist in building brand awareness by implementing brand guidelines, creating a brand book, and aligning company mission, vision, and values with all online content.

Social Media Accounts Setup:

Set up and manage social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to expand our online presence and connect with our audience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Ecommerce operations or administration is a strong advantage.
Proficiency with Shopify and other Ecommerce platforms.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Knowledge of usergenerated content (UGC) strategies.
Social media management skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Visit or Cancelled Visa is preferred.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
