Looking for Interns with experience in exhibition and conference industry

Good Communication Skills

  • Confident
  • Influencing Exhibition Policies on the Speakers for Flights/Accommodation Decision.
  • Working from office Full Time
  • No Objection to work Full time in Abu Dhabi during the event.

Roles:

  • Managing Speakers Logistics (Tickets, Accommodation, Transportation)
  • Updating Speakers on Website
  • Sending the Speakers Posts to promote on their Social Media Channels
  • Onsite Speakers Management
  • Admin the Speakers and Protocol Portals under the Protocol Head
  • Supporting Speakers with Visa (if required)
This is on site job for 45 days.


Salary :
AED 2000/
