Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering their questions
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout
Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
Assist with inventory management and replenishment
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets

Qualifications:

Previous retail sales experience preferred
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Familiarity with electronic sales systems (POS)
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong phone etiquette and customer service abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies
Experience in jewelry sales is an advantage
