Description
1. Must have Outdoor Sales experience in Lubricants with good communication skills.


  • Liaising between the company and the customers on up-to-date conditions on pricing, promotions, service, and the latest products.
  • Continue updating all customers on product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
  • Using marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales management tools.
  • Must have experience with professional demonstrations or presentations of company products while on-site.
  • Consult with the customer after sales to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
  • To conduct a market survey and to update about the latest trends in the market.
  • Give regular feedback or reports on products and sales to the sales manager.
  • Responsible for achieving the sales turnover in line with the target set by the management
  • Must cover the area Horizontal and Vertical.
13. 25 customers to be covered on a Daily Basis for 6 days (Sat - Thu).


  • Report other competitors' activity and sales promotion to the Management.
  • Ensure 100% coverage of the assigned journey plan.
  • Maintain proper and clear records for all credit issued from the company.
Ensures collections & payments


  • Implement a FIFO rotation plan, Ensure products are placed in a hygienic area and
Ensure all products on display are clean and in good condition & rightly priced to the consumer.
