Charterhouse is working with a social media startup, who is looking to hire a Head of Engineering (Mobile Apps), to be one of the founding members of the Dubai development team.

About the role

In addition, this role will also be responsible for team budgets and will be required to hire designers, testers, engineers, etc.

The Head of Engineering is expected to stay up to date with the latest mobile and design technologies.

About you

Our client is looking for someone with a business mindset, innovative thinking and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and new technologies.

Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management are beneficial. Strong communication skills in English is essential. Arabic speaking would be advantageous.
