Description

Well Known Company is seeking talented and hardworking Canteen Cook ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities:

Must have Indian, Pakistani and Chinese cuisine experience.
Minimum of 3 Years Experience in the same position with UAE or Outside UAE.
Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created.
Keeps all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.
Ensures food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly.
Good Knowledge of Asian Foods like Biryani, Curry's etc.
Preparation and service of hot and cold dishes.
Responsibility for the section, carrying out ordering and stock rotation where necessary.
Helping with deliveries and restocking.
Cook food and prepare topquality menu items in a timely manner.
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist.
Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.
Proper Hygiene and Good Team Member. Excellent Culinary skills. HACCP knowledge. Good communication skills.
Ready to Join Immediately.
Must be healthy person.

Monthly Salary range is from 1,500 to Accommodation + Transportation with 2 time meal on duty. Medical insurance and visa provided.
