Duties & Responsibility

  • As a Head of Operations, you know the market and have a welldeveloped customer base who need software solutions
  • You have enough knowledge for understanding customer needs for the software & development team, negotiate for a good price, being able to close sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Arabic
  • Willing to travel to the key accounts and offices in Dubai
  • Recognize the needs of the customer and provide detailed information to the customer about the technical specifications of the software and services offered by the company
  • Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate custom or readymade software solutions
  • Knowledge about the software development process & latest software technology
  • Knowing how to do the client requirement analysis, business analysis, system analysis, etc.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- management: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • Arabic (preferred)
